Filip Ahlborn is a Swedish diplomat, having worked for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs since 2018. In 2023 he was posted to the Swedish Embassy in Ankara, working in the political section. Prior to that, Filip worked in the Minister’s Office in the MFA. He has also held several positions within the MFA Middle East and North Africa department, including as desk officer for Iran and desk officer for Yemen. Filip holds an M.S. and a B.S. in political science from Uppsala University.
